If you wish to return your online purchase:

Call our toll-free number (1.800.633.2864) to request a return authorization. Send the merchandise back to us using traceable mail. Once we receive your package, we will promptly exchange or refund as you instruct.

Proof of purchase, such as a copy of the original sales receipt or packing slip invoice, is required for reimbursement of the full purchase price. When no proof of purchase is available, we refund the most recent price charged for items returned to us.

Please include in your returned package the following information:
  1. a copy of your receipt or invoice with your name & address on it
  2. the item number, color & size or the item(s) you are returning
  3. the item number, color & size of the item(s) you would like in exchange.
   
  Personalized items are non-returnable/non-refundable. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
